SOOO many goldmine tips in here!!
I am a campground RV park owner, always striving to get better.
There are SO many things in here that I didn’t know or hadn’t thought of!
Heather’s book is an absolute goldmine of information and tips to: make your park profitable, make the guest experience amazing, keep you out of trouble, and make the whole thing run like a well oiled machine.
I listened to the audible version in my car to get an overview. Now I’m going to go buy the print version so I can mark it up and get the ideas into procedures in our park.
Money incredibly well spent if you ask me, for an asset that can provide for our family.
