Must Read/Listen
I very much enjoyed this book. I have probably listened through it 10x and each and every time I find something different to apply to my STR. I did listen at 1.2 speed so the narrator did not bother me at all. I have purchased several other STR books and none were even close to this one. I have recommended to several of my friends.

This book is on the top of my list of "business vacation rental must have books". I was amazed at the amount of solid information in this book. Danny gives examples and techniques so that you can apply these techniques in your own business. Absolutely worth not only the money, but your valuable time in reading it.

Great information
I wish we could rate the people who give bad reviews and give them a bad review for being soo sensitive lol. So great book and very informative. Also the narrator’s voice was not good but all I had to do was speed up the voice and boom not so bad and better to listen to. Easy fix.

Good info, slow narrator
The info was valuable but the narrator was super slow and I had to double time just to get him up to normal speed. But I learned so much and a lot of great tips for starting an AirBNB.

Danny does an amazing job of laying out Airbnb tips, facts, and advice in a clean and easy to listen format.
We listened to this book all the way through once before launching our Airbnb and then again right after launching our property and we have come out of the gates on fire. Very grateful for this great read!
Covid definitely has made an impact on the strategies and we hope to see a revision of the book tailored to longer stays
