Exactly what I didn’t know I needed!

One small pivot can change everything

This is a great guide to alter your outlook on your life. Over the past few years, living though COVID, life seemed lived through our home windows. The lack of external stimuli created an extraordinary amount of time to dwell on negative things. This book shakes things up in your mind. The writer helps you to Focus on the positive present, instead of the negative past being confused with the negative now. Highly recommend this book to help you get out of the cycle of negativity impacting your life!

Audiobook format works great for this

I'm a self-professed self-help junkie and I think this audiobook does a great job of motivating you to take action. IN too many books you are given a lot of the same information (habits etc.), but this book actually helps you to take action instead of just absorbing information that you'll forget. Highly recommend!
