CURE TO FALLING ASLEEP
I must say as someone who was skeptical and whose brain is always roaming and running, this works!!! Oh my God does this work - I fall asleep each night in under 5 minutes by following the sleep meditations. & feel so rested & energize in the mornings. This beat my insomnia
I have tried other sleep programs and found some are helpful and others are not. This one though, I was asleep before it was finished. I was put off by jade’s voice and quick pace on day one but maybe there’s something to it. I recommend.
