A GREAT resource for business owners and managers!

This book is FULL of great ideas to start or grow your company culture. I've already given it to my Operations Manager and plan to "rip off" these ideas for our team. Thanks, Arnie! :)

Awesome reading - awesome story.

I listened to Arnie Malham share his story while driving home for Thanksgiving to visit family. Arnie’s style of reading put him right there in the car with us for the journey home. The story and telling of it was so entertaining in fact, that my eight year-old daughter even tuned in from the back seat (selecting Worth Doing Wrong over headphones and an ipad!).
If you want insight on what it really takes to create an environment of confidence, optimism, growth, and respect - this book is gold! If you want to also hear how passionately the author believes in the power of culture, this Audible is GOLD!

Practical and thought-provoking

I love this book for the unconventional ideas and insights on how to become an inspiring leader. Arnie Malham believes that company culture is the heart and soul of the organization, and it can mean the difference between success and failure. If you’re in need of some new ideas for engaging your team, improving communication and achieving better results overall, this book will inspire and motivate you to take action. My favorite quote from the book was, "Embrace failure, demand growth, get it wrong, make it right, and never give up."
