A down to earth story that captures the many facets of life, investing, and the ups and downs in both. Educational and entertaining.

Excellent!

Gives you a taste of knowledge, but in story form with characters. Making it easier, in my mind, to understand how Real Estate investment works. A very enjoyable read.

Overall a great listen, but it does skip ahead a lot towards the end of the story.

Great story, great content and beautifully presented. So many books these days present an idea and then belabor it to death with myriad examples. This story gives the reader all the information they need without the repetition, so refreshing!!

Down to earth - resonates with so many people

I almost gasped a few times as I related with the main character, and other characters in the story. Fun references to modern day activities like rock climbing. Properly making fun of life changing "California wowo" , yet effectively using tried and true techniques to positively make purposeful , meaningful, necessary changes in the main character's life journey. Nice break from the many biz, and life change how to books that throw at you what to do. Here you got to ride along for a bit with the person making hard decisions.
