Reading this audiobook, i felt as i was looking at a mirror. Elaine goes into details regarding the way an HSP feels, the way we are raised, how we perceive the world, our habits, as well as the challenges we face in the world. It makes you really feel identified and i a way special, after years of being treated the opposite, this audiobook make you feel special.

This book is amazing!!!
In spite of the fact that I didn't care for the way that the writer totally drops his logical frame of mind towards the finish of the book and begins relating everything to God. Such a book should point to a more extensive group of spectators and be increasingly impartial about "God-related" issues.
