Strong recommendation

When the audio book first started I head this corny 80’s music between chapters and I am like what going on here. But once you get past that this audio book has a lot of good information. So much so that I can see myself going back and listening again and again.

Good book for tactics on selling and charisma

Good read to help you understand how sales people uses persuasion tactics against you. It can also help teach you points on charisma, sales tactics, and appropriate ways to handle angry people.
