The book is astounding. This is definately a read which I need to make notes on. the information in this book is worth every dime.

Loved it!

This book is old, but the value has stood the test of time. Much of what was true then has remained true to this day. These are the most tried and tested principles, industries and characteristics necessary for financial success in America. Nothing sleazy or underhanded, just hard work and integrity.

I was afraid this book would rehash some of the other books I've purchased, but if you apply this book you will become affluent!

I will need to read this a few times. Great content. Actionable points. The principles that apply 20 years ago are still valid today.

This is a very easy listen. Gives a lot of actionable examples and not just a bunch of fluff.

So many nuggets in one 5 hr recording

This recording should be listened to at least twice. Even though this book predates the internet, the principals within haven’t changed. If anything, the internet could be used to accelerate many of the things Brian taught. The internet can help you acquire capital quicker, source real estate quicker, research stocks and other financial assets quicker, etc. Holding on to just one of these principals will surely make one rich, even if it’s the ‘save 10% over 40 years.‘ One just have to do it.
