Story of Love, Diversity and more

This is a short and novel approach to diversity, equality, inclusion, and love. This book is easy to follow and written understandably with the story being told by grapes and raisins. Each grape has a different caste and social ranking, where raisins are barely acknowledged let alone trusted. Beautifully told, this book clearly shows the inequalities that are promoted by way of apathy and sometimes through deliberateness, and with extreme prejudice.

The Author, Lary Alan Threadgill, delivers a powerful message and delivers it well. He weaves the message carefully through a story that is entertaining and yet poignant at the same time.

The narrators, Felicia Johnson and Lary Alan give each grape and raisin a unique voice making the story and the message easy to follow.

There were some issues with the production and quality sound of this book. There was a lot of static, especially between chapters, and at times when Alan would talk it sounded as if he were in a tunnel. This is a powerful book that deserves much better sound quality. With that being said, it is still a book that should be heard.
