Well, not the only book...

It's okay, but not the only leadership book you will ever need. Some gems, many you have heard before. I much prefer, and think your money would be better spent on the books by Dan and Chip heath.

the only leadership book you'll hate

There book was written to only push their site? so many times did they advertise their site, I am still getting sick everyone I hear word "engage". First part of the book felt like listening to the audio version of coloring book or Quotes section of Financial Times. too much numbers in audio book is not benefiting the reader. Then later it did turn to something meaningful, yet this annoying ad for their site ruined the whole thing.
