This book is so helpful for me. I’m so grateful for the simplicity of breaking down the teachings of Mindfulness. The narrator did a wonderful job and the pacing was perfect for my own mind. I really appreciate the simple way the teachings that previously seemed so complex were made so simple.

Packed with concise info to contemplate. I think this would be better as a written book than in audio form. You need to go back and reread and re-familiarize yourself with multiple sections to get the most out of it.

Clearly written and understood. It definitely has in many places however more of a monastic bent than for that of a householder.

Part of a series written in an easy to understand manner by the author, that is also engaging to listen to thanks to the comforting voice of the narrator. I tend to repeatedly listen and practice in order to assimilate the instructions. The length may be short in listening duration but not in information. It has really helped my meditation practice and I think even if you are established in your practice it’s still good as a consolidated double check. I am most grateful to those who take the time to help the rest of us along. Thanks!
