Yet another way to open your heart
Pema is a great teacher And can help you open your heart and find your soft spot that allows you to show compassion to everyone. There are many teachings that do the same but her words speak directly to my heart.
The narrator Joanna is exceptional. She is top of the list for voice actors.

it's just great advice that can be applied to everyday living.
I'm a single mom of three and the everyday struggles are real,however it can be managed by applying these teachings. I want to have space to be kind to myself and my children throughout this process.
