Game changer
Chapter one explained everything I thought I had and it had my engaged from the start. If you have the slightest thought you might suffer with anxiety this is the chapter to make you understand you are not alone! From then onwards you are taken through a logical sequence to help with anxiety all the way through to my other favourite chapter which was about long term wellness - self care is something I struggle with but an all important part of beating anxiety long term. Well narrated and easy to follow with life changing advice! Highly recommend.

Coming from Someone Who Suffers from Anxiety
