In my personal experience, I've had the pleasure of combining my skills in various areas such as marketing, project management, writing, workshop facilitation, and singing. I holds Facilitator accreditations from The Institute for Life-Leadership and Coaching (ILC), in SoulCollage® – an expressive arts process, and in leading Vision Board workshops from MClub. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to lead over 600 individuals through SoulCollage® and Vision Board workshops. I take pride in creating a safe and enjoyable space for each and every participant. My passion for being a deliberate creator of my own life is something I love to share with others. Throughout my career, I've worked with both for-profit and non-profit businesses in marketing, development, and administration. I founded Marketing Matters, On Track Coaching & Management and Sunflower House Publishing. As a person, I strive to live from my heart and approach life as an eternal optimist. I enjoy manifesting ideas and seeking meaning and purpose in everything I do.
