Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

These ladies know what they want and take what they want by beating men at their own game. Utilizing the secrets exposed in this book, these women gain power, money, and status. Men call them gold diggers, women call them hos, but they call themselves winners. This is the book that society doesn't want you to listen to….

The Introvert Advantage dispels common myths about introverts - they’re not necessarily shy, aloof, or antisocial - and explains how they are hardwired from birth to focus inward, so outside stimulation such as chitchat, phone calls, parties, or office meetings can easily become "too much". Most importantly, it thoroughly refutes many introverts’ belief that something is wrong with them. Instead, it helps them recognize their inner strengths - their analytical skills, ability to think outside the box, and strong powers of concentration.

Many of us dread having to convey our ideas to others, often feeling ill-equipped, anxious, and awkward. Public speaking experts help by focusing on planned communication experiences such as slide presentations, pitches, or formal talks. Yet, most of our professional and personal communication occurs in spontaneous situations that creep up on us and all too often leave us flustered and stumbling for words. Stanford lecturer, podcast host, and communication expert Matt Abrahams provides tangible, actionable skills to help even the most anxious of speakers succeed when speaking spontaneously.

Great book
I've always been an introvert and I've wanted to come out of my shell a bit more as I think I enjoy my own company a bit too much! this audible was great at giving me strategies to helpe move out of my self and become better at communicating. The one thing I'm terrible at is asking for help. This chapter on asking is a game changer for me and has given me the confidence to ask. Such a simple thing to most people but something that has hindered my life for too long. Well narrated and easy to follow with life changing tools for fellow introverts.

7 Life Changing Techniques!
In this beautifully produced audiobook, T.J. Odinson gives us 7 effective techniques for Introverts to master communication, covering topics like self esteem, optimism, how to overcome anxiety, practice empathetic listening, and a whole lot more. This is a valuable tool!
What sets this book apart from the pack is that it's so well researched (my favorite chapter was the one covering Mehrabian's Communication Theory). The academic references lend credibility to the soft science of communication. Chapters are engaging, insightful, and best of all, actionable for Introverts! Listeners who are Introverts (or who just want to increase their Emotional Intelligence) will benefit greatly from this guide - Highly Recommend!

Impactful!
I was attracted to this book based on its promise to help me with small talk – a major struggle for me. Having listened to the audiobook, I find the material very useful. It presents practical strategies for people like me who are keen to avoid or handle awkward situations. The seven techniques cover a wide range, including small talk, active listening, networking events, job interviews, and building social confidence.
I particularly like the information on how to decode body language. This skill is especially useful as the greater part of communication is via body language. The advice provided is both insightful and actionable, making it easy for readers to incorporate the techniques into their lives.
