Amazing book. really deals with the real issues of food struggles, which is a spiritual issue.

Healthy eating will work!

I liked the suggestions on swapping out or rather completely stop the foods that every one knows are increasing your weight, and replace them with healthy foods. And that your pallette will adapt accordingly.

Good book for a unique angle when approaching health and weight loss. Equating food addiction to other addictions is eye opening and a spiritual approach to fitness goals that one may be missing.

Wake up call

Great book if you need a wake up call. Lots of good information, Great encouragement and strong testimonies of Dr Brown and his wife.

Love the honesty of what I need

I’ve tried lots of diets but this book tells it like it is. No magic pill but it helps you to build a plan that will work.

I would rather have read the book than listen

The woman who speaks for his wife’s writings, she has a very hard voice to listen to. It sounds like she is continually trying to seduce the listener by her tone of voice. It’s quite annoying. I wish that It wasn’t included because the man who speaks for Dr. Michael Brown is totally fine.

Loved the honesty in this book

I Totally recommend this book if you struggle with any food addiction or binge eating like me. This made so much spiritual sense. I thank the Lord for finding it.
