Very Good

From this book, I learned detailed information about the Carnivore Diet, about what nutritional principles work here, and what products should be avoided. Useful for me were tips for properly maintaining this diet. I liked some of the recipes from the book. In general, the book is useful for meat lovers.

I am very happy I got the book

This book really shows you in detail all the myths versus facts. I have tried so much junk out there, everyone saying this or that, but hardly anyone really backs it up. In this book, he goes step by step why so many diets fail, and how to go about doing things the right way. Very good planning. I will recommend to other friends.

Well done!

This is a great book for someone Interested in trying the Carnivore diet. He has great suggestions, great recipes He lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. He shows you the different options you can have. I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.

A different, refreshing approach

There's plenty of myths that are dispelled through scientific studies (oh, and plenty of sources for those, like myself, who love to fact-check) and, from what I have gathered while reading the book, the author focuses on giving a neutral, unbiased perspective which is obviously essential when it comes to any kind books in the health niche (I suppose there is some natural bias behind the writing, but I feel that the author isn't afraid to openly criticize certain points of what he is talking about).

Insightful. Practical. Informational. This was a quick read and very beneficial for those looking at the Carnivore diet for the first time. Myself included. I read this while on day three, during my first time wading into the diet. I had the basics down, but this book provided some great hacks and solid advice. Much appreciated!

Interesting facts with book at the end

Very informative. Quick listen filled with tons of research-based theories of why weight loss is not working for most people. I hate that there was a book at the end to purchase another book to actually get access to his solutions vs including them in this book.

Excellent book on health.

I am not a personal trainer, nor am I a biologist. What I am though is a not so young girl with weight problems, and for me, this book was very useful. It provided me with great information about what I am doing wrong, and more importantly why it is wrong. I don’t know how helpful will this information be in the long run, but I have friends that have lost some weight after reading and learning from this book. I suppose that is the reason it took me almost two years to buy it. I wanted to be sure that I am not going to give my money in vain.
