This is a good set of books. In the first section I read about how intermittent fasting works and how best to implement it. After listening this book, I might still be about whether apple cider vinegar really can offer amazing benefits. This product have health benefits. I've started reading some of the books that were referenced, but I was able to quickly start intermittent fasting thanks to this book. I lost 10 pounds in the first three months (with two vacations thrown in there), and I am continuing to lose. It is seriously the easiest thing I've ever done. No more diets! Great!
Nice one! This is the way to eat ( or not). Battling weight gain and will power is now gone. This way of eating is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. After losing 5 lbs in one week, I'm sold- and it was easy and Im sticking with it. lovely book!

Great audio book. Explains everything great and easily understandable. I am doing my first fast because of how clear and instructive the book is. Clear, sensible, helpful...cut through the hype and frenzy surrounding weight loss. Fasts works well for me, easier than cutting back plus I like the less-understood health benefits.
