The best case for the carnivore diet
This is the best case I've heard for the carnivore diet and there is a lot of interesting studies referenced in this book, however, I'm still not convinced there's any universal diet witch to be clear is not a claim made in the book. A lot of knowledge and research put into this book

Great book from a knowledgeable author on meat, carnivore diet is the way to go for health and well-being, been coaching and teaching on this new way to go on diet, so it’s a handy tool to have in the bag. GREAT Listen
This book is full of info complete with sources/references. He even gets into the science of how plant molecules affect us on a microscopic level. The book is very well written and organized. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to understand the science behind why we should eat more meat and fewer plants.
