packed with tools to prevent burnout!

This book was just what I needed. Latley I have fallen into the trap of work, work, work and focusing on results and getting frustrated and working more to get me there, leading to burnout and stress. Listening to this book was a gamechanger. It really opened my eyes to burnout and how to find a balance in your life or working hard to obtaining your goals while taking the time to practice mindfulness strategies and build up mental fortitude to avoid burnout all together. These techniques really work! I highly recommend a listen to anyone needing some balance in there life!

Deeply Important

Since the pandemic burnout has become rampant in the work place amongst both older and younger workers. More and more people are hitting the wall and finding themselves unable to push through in their careers because of the over whelming burden of the job. With this book you will learn how to recognize when you're being pushed to the point and what we can do to give us the room and time we need to recover before there are detrimental effects that show up in your job or your life. I really appreciated how it taught about the productivity trap and how while we're pushed to produce more and more we actually become less effective in our day to day tasks.
