Great voice and content! 
I really like this doctors objective point of view on everything I feel like this is helping me heal my relationship with food and avoid unhealthy habits. I have tried in the past. I also enjoyed his way of reading, like his voice and the speed quality

Clear and concise info on how to wade through a sea of health misinformation
The only negative I have is that there wasn’t more. I certainly hope Dr Idz has a sequel in the works as there are far more myths to debunk and more information that can be imparted.

Simple but full of good relevant information
I love the simplistic approach with which Dr Idz debunked common missinformation. Both the book and the audiobook are easy to follow and understand. Dr Idz shows how, with simpe logic, we can discern between facts and social media fiction.
