This book, as well as Mark's other books, is a must-read for those of us living in industrialized societies.

Very informative!

This is another book that is chock-full of information that I have never heard before. I'm into alternative medicine , so I'm fairly well informed. This is the second Mark Sloan book that I've listened to several times, just to absorb the treasure trove of information. Bravo !

Great book.

Informative with technical stuff and not too long and to the point. I read another book talking about the baking soda thingy and I read a couple other books talk about the co2 needed to maintain health but this one explained that basically co2 pushes o2/ oxygen into the mitochondria of cells to oxygenate them and that is how co2 makes you healthier which the other books I read didn’t explain it in such direct and simple terms for me to have that light bulb aha moment as to how co2/ bubbles in a hot spring or bubble baths/ bath bombs or bubbly carbonated water like Topo Chico or various brands of sparkling water help you live longer. Pretty cool.

great resource

been dealing with cancer for 6 years now, this book gives me more good info for taking my fight to the next level. BTW, I'm doing very well managing my disease. I live a full productive life at age 63 and see no need to think retirement right now. prior to cancer i was diagnosed with full blown diabetes sugar levels of 492. All that reversed with things like this book talks about. Wishing you all the best on your journey back to good health.

I’m only 64 but I’ve lost an insane number of friends and family to the dreaded “C”. Some took treatment and some did not and I observed that those who refused treatment lived longer and had much better quality of life. This made no sense to me so I began doing a deep dive and found Mark’s books. He is clear and concise. I found myself frequently having to stop reading to scream out loud in anger! The cancer industry is indeed guilty of genocide on an unprecedented scale. His revelations finally gave me some insight into this dread disease and validated what I had been feeling all along. This is a “must-have” book for everyone who want to take the control of their health away from the for-profit medical-industrial killing machine.
