calming meditation

I have been struggling with great anxiety during covid (as have many) and found this to be a very excellent meditation on releasing anxiety and calming thoughts.

I find her voice very relaxing to listen to

Her voice is very relaxing for meditation. I'm pretty picky with what voices I can tolerate for that.

just relax

I have bad anxiety and hearing this and listening to what she is saying to do helped me my and mind be at ease. first time hearing this and I will continue using to help ease my anxiety.

The Most Useful One Yet

This was the most helpful meditation I have encountered in my many years of searching for one that worked for me. The guide is soothing yet informative, and the music is suitable for the topic. I strongly suggest giving this a go if you are in search for relief from anxiety, and need a moment to get there with someone to guide you along the way.

Simple message which quickly allows one to let go of the day and be at one at the present movement. Her voice was very calm, confident and soothing
