my favorite go to for mindfulness
The author is both a meditation instructor and a licensed psychologist, and offers 100 meditation suggestions, many tailored to address not only anxiety, but also to help in finding balance, relieving pain, and encouraging relaxation. It all starts with the breath, or course, but unlike some vague books, this one offers specific step-by-step instructions for meditations of different lengths

As for the rest of the book, it was well written and very well organized. The topic is becoming more and more popular, and I have read several books on meditation looking for that little hint that will help me break through my own stress levels.

Very Much Needed
I am carefully listen this book all of the chapters overall great I can know lots of things Practical Meditation. It tells you which types of meditation in this book it give 8 different ways and it prepares you on how to do it. And if choose Candle Meditation it tells you which candle to use. which is a plus to me, this one will work for me in general.
