Rapid weight loss is a type of diet in which you lose more than 2 pounds a week over several weeks. To lose weight this quickly, you eat very few calories. 

Most of us have some blind spots when it comes to seeing ourselves as others do, whether it's good or bad. Even if their weight is higher than recommended, they feel they really don't have any weight to lose. 

Why it is important to lose weight? A modest weight loss of five to 10 percent of your total body weight is likely to produce health benefits, such as improvements in blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and blood sugars. Being overweight increases your risk of health conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer. 

Strategy: 

1. Make sure you're ready. Long-term weight loss takes time and effort - and a long-term commitment.

2. Find your inner motivation. No one else can make you lose weight.

3. Set realistic goals.

4. Practice cautious eating: Careful about avoiding danger or risk.

5. Try to eat a variety of whole foods. This includes lean meats, whole grains, and dairy. 

6. Reestablish the correct mindset: Mindset about losing weight before, during, and after the journey really matters. 

Change your goals.

What else drives "careless" compulsive eating? Not only do you have to witness your body changing, but you continuously have to nourish it and challenge your eating-disorder voice all day long. 

Meet with your medical care physician: When you find yourself emotionally broken and seeking comfort in food or other things, then you need to see your medical care physician. Your physician will advise on how to establish a healthy lifestyle, manage weight, and get the right amount of exercise. 

How does the mood-food-weight loss cycle works? 

Emotional eating is eating as a way to suppress or soothe negative emotions, such as stress, anger, fear, boredom, sadness, and loneliness.

How do you get back on track? To help stop emotional eating, try these tips: 

  1. Keep a food diary. 
  2. Tame your stress.
  3. Have a hunger reality.
  4. Get support. 
  5. Fight boredom. 
  6. Take away temptation. 
  7. Don't deprive yourself. 
  8. Snack healthy. 
  9. Learn from setbacks

When to seek professional help: If you've tried self-help options but you still can't control emotional eating, consider therapy with a mental health professional. Discover relaxation techniques, it may include:

What is meditation?

A great way to learn relaxation and self hypnosis

This audiobook explains what hypnosis is and the different techniques there are. Hypnosis is not a cure for weight loss. It's a complex process. This audiobook talks about why people fail at losing weight. By using daily affirmations and several excellent suggestions, this audiobook may help change negative relationships with food.

Interesting concept for weight loss

This audiobook is much more in depth and has even more powerful self-hypnosis scripts and hypnosis files that go along with it. If you commit and follow the process, you will accomplish any goals associated with the topic of this audiobook. The best part is it actually helps you create lasting change on a subconscious level so there is no need to rely on your fleeting motivation.

In discussing what meditation is

It does a great job of breaking down the basic habits, emotions, and beliefs that some people tie to their weight issues. Then, it shows how to create self-hypnosis scripts to shift these behaviors and create lasting change. Very helpful at getting at underlying issues and changing your thoughts to support weight loss!!

Help you with your weight loss goals

This audiobook approaches weight loss from another angle: being present while eating and making mindful decisions before and after eating. The basic things we do to have a better eating experience (chewing thoroughly, drinking water) works better after a quick self hypnosis, which happens before eating each meal .

Full comprehensive program

The audiobook can help reprogram the subconscious mind to lose weight. Its teaches you how to use the law of attraction to get what you want. Hypnosis is a great way that works for some to change habits that seem too difficult to change. It teaches the listener how to use self hypnosis to work towards a healthy body, mind and outlook.
