Very nicely crafted
This audio guide helps a woman to self-affirm and condition a positive and strong mindset while in a time where there really need it. I'm a psychologist and know that this works. These affirmations are good and well thought out. There's a nice spacing between them and good background effect to support the state. This is a well planned and nicely narrated audiobook.

Bought for my wife
My wife is currently expecting our baby girl and this was a great help. Definitely helped smooth out her emotions and get her through all the vomiting, stress, backpain, etc. that you can expect to experience during a pregnancy. Great narration, too.

Distracting music
If I could, I would give five stars for the affirmations, but the music was so distracting that I couldn’t pay attention to them the way I wanted to. It wasn’t really soft calming music like you would expect. It was very jarring.
