I'm so glad I came across this wonderful book! Meditation is important for empowering the psyche which leads to many benefits that can be life changing, this book did a great job in delivering positive energy that lets you know that life is full of love and blessings that we can all be grateful for. Perfect collection to dive into healing
This collection of three books is so precious. I have been doing shadow work for a while now and have come to know the power of healing my inner child. These books have come into my life as at the perfect time! I also love the gratitude reminders, as even though I practice gratitude daily, the things on which I focus can become a bit redundant. Definitely glad I added this one to my audio library, I will surely be listening to these time and again.

Great book
The daily inner child healing guide is packed with gratitude and positive affirmations to unlock unlimited self-development using foolproof strategies to challenge negative, unhelpful thoughts. Wonderful!
I found this very relaxing in so many ways. I have been very stressed and been having a mid-life crisis and finally got this book to help me somehow. Having a self-affirmation, getting back to journaling might be a really good help. I like how this book got created, there's something about helping and loving yourself. Great content and all.

Keeping me accountable
Not only does this book offer me OVER 300 reasons to be grateful for, it gives me 3 daily exercises to keep me accountable for my progress in this inner child healing journey.
The soundtrack to this book is so soothing while I'm thanking the Lord for all of these wonderful things to be grateful for and especially for my healing.
I have an extra thing to add to the gratitude list and that is the author of all of these amazing tools for healing the inner child!
He has really taken the time research and pour into this subject, i have greatly benefited from all the books by Caldwell Ramsey.
