A Great Little Audiobook!
I love this book of amazing 50 affirmations as they are great to start off your mornings. I liked how after every affirmation there is a silence of a few seconds as this gives us time to repeat the affirmation in our mind and with that it sinks in to our consciousness. With so many affirmation books out there I picked this one up as it was short & did its job, plus, it has a fabulous cover. The author Marceline Amaris and narrator Keri Hampton are excellent. I highly recommend this book to those who have a tough time to get started on the right foot in the morning.

Good start to the day
These are great affirmations to get your day started. Sometimes you need reminders of why to move easily through the day. What I liked about the book is the author reminded you that affirmations won’t change your life overnight. That’s setting realistic expectations which I appreciate.

Great Day Starter
I challenge anyone who gets this book to listen to it every morning and tell me that they don't find themselves acting with more confidence. I get so pumped up for the day with this book on my drive to work that people have asked me if I drank too much coffee in the morning. I listen to this book on the way home, to wind down and destress. I have started working out and am trying to add other positive habits to my daily routine. This book has really changed my outlook on how I treat myself and others. Love it!
