Why was he so weak?

Why did Chris make him so weak? really wish there was more of a epic adventure in this one. still a good book!

My heart is full knowing that more is coming. These books have partnered with me through some of the hardest times of my life. And I couldn’t ask for a better narrator.

Good start for a great character

I really enjoyed a return back to this series. Murtagh is a great character with a lot of depth and it’s a good start. I hope we get more.

Returning to the world of Alegasia once again was amazing. looking forward to this new series through the eyes of Murtaugh.

A tale of trauma and acceptance

I loved the entire story, a flawed, abused, and traumatized man and his dragon overcoming and becoming stronger. They are more than the sum of their scars. It resonated with me deeply that someone so flawed, that made so many mistake is still at his heart a hero. It’s not a fun book to listen to at times, but it is a story that I needed to hear.
