Overall OK, The MC super whiny.

The book would’ve been better if the MC would have learned you figure after almost 10 years of someone telling you it’s important and overall growing up as a person your would listen to your teacher and not cause a death, and after said death you might change , but this guy nope I'm gonna fight my talent because its scary!

A book about our favorite puppy Mage
It's great to see the past of Wes and understand a bit of what goes on under the hood. yes Tam his past was really SAD!

I see a few negative comments, but based on those it seems like they've never read KDT and have gone at this as a standalone. their folly.

great book read kings dark tidings first
so this book is great but to some of the other reviews you have to read kings dark tidings first to have a feel for what is happening in this book I would recommend following the writers order of released books it is like another series I read called awaken online and flame by Travis Bagwell you have to read it all in order to see the flow of the characters!!

Great addition
