Great Advice!

I currently sell Advertising Space for a well known news paper company. Before I gave this book a listen I used LinkedIn as more of a research tool. My sales were ok but obviously “ok” doesn’t cut it. I knew that I needed to suck it up and use LinkedIn for prospecting. After doing some research I picked this book up.

I didn’t really know what to expect but I was shocked how much I didn’t know. LinkedIn unlocked covers the big picture as well as addresses the little details. I started applying the techniques and saw results immediately. I recommend picking up this book and building your profile around Melonie’s advice.

I have read the e-book and love the audiobook Melonie is knowledgable on LinkedIn and how we can make better connections. Not only can the tips be used on LinkedIn but on other networks as well when reaching out to others online. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just what I was Looking for

I was looking for a book to supplement my knowledge on linkedIn, and I found it on this book.

YOU NEED THIS BOOK!!

I have been dabbling with content marketing and prospecting on LinkedIn for a while with some good success. This book takes what I have been doing myself and creates a no-fail lead and relationship building system that is beyond next level! There are golden nuggets after golden nuggets of ideas and instruction that have increased my contacts by 100 in the past two weeks and created a stronger and more robust pipeline than ever for me! She teaches you to stop selling on LI, and start working and being thought of as a subject matter expert and subject authority in your field for your prospects and clients. In turn, when they are in need of services, they come to you, the expert for solutions. This ultimately leads to your increased sales! She teaches you the how, what, and why’s of creating compelling content and important do’s and don’ts. I’m about to listen to it for the second time in 4 days to make sure I get it all. There is a lot of information to be digested. I’m now getting 300 plus reads per post on my feed and I only have about 500 followers! This book will change the way you use LI with major results! I’m a Melonie super fan for sure now!!

Good material but… 

A table of contents would have been a really nice thing to add. I’ll never understand why people don’t add these. The sales pitch for Linkedin optimization services was fine but if she hadn’t done that it would have been a little more social proof for me. All around helpful info though.

Highly Recommend!

This is the best book I have read/listened to on how to actually profit on LinkedIn. Social Selling is here to stay and this book can take you to the top.
