Este sueño nació con la intención de aconsejar y ayudar a muchas otras mujeres, como yo, que pasaron por problemas de salud similares. Recurrí a muchos libros con datos de confianza para complementar a la perfección mis experiencias. Y en todo este tiempo que dediqué a mi investigación y búsqueda de una dieta efectiva que no provoque efecto rebote, encontré tips geniales y creé batidos deliciosos y saludables que me ayudaron como ningunos.
En ese tiempo descubrí que no siempre se trata solo de hacer ejercicio o de dejar de comer para bajar de peso, muchas veces existen problemas hormonales imperceptibles que hacen imposible bajar de peso, como patologías como el Síndrome de Ovario Poliquístico o problema de la Tiroides. Así descubrí la frase más reconfortante que muchos productos de dieta nunca te dicen: no es tu culpa.
