Helpful information
It was amazingly entrancing to get some answers concerning the ketogenic diet and increase capability with all the intermittent fasting methods. It's a quick reference to get you started. A Robotic Bostonian Reader? Words Mispronounced.
Generally informative and helpful and has value. However, this book is representative of the Medical Industry, which both positive and negative. Many weirdly mispronounced words are a bit distracting and annoying, like: "Car-bra-har-drates" "Glice-o-gin" "Saterated" "Hell-care" "ar (or)". 🤭
