Worthy!

The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. This book helped me better understand what I am doing and gave me better guidelines to follow. It provided a much better understanding of the diet as a whole. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to loss weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.

Just finished this book.

Just finished this book. I read it from front to back. It was very informative and helpful in getting started with Keto. I was tempted to skip chapters, but I didn't. I learned so much about why to avoid certain foods, how food impacts so much of how we feel and overall health, and how and why keto works.

A useful guide for beginners

There are really necessary recommendations in order to successfully lose weight. I think this will be a useful guide for beginners, because I was able to find answers to questions that interested me about what to eat, not to be hungry and ect. Recipes are not complex and I can diversify my diet.
