Helped Me Find My Balance

I’ve been working through some past trauma, and this book has been a big help in grounding myself. Great resource for Growth and Resilience

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to listen to this audiobook and what a powerful resource it is. I love that this book goes into depth on how somatic therapy can target and help treat trauma. This book is written in a way that makes it relatable and therefore easy to implement the exercises into my life. It's not overwhelming and just the few exercises I've done, I can see I'm starting to notice a difference. Like all books on this subject, real change doesn't happen overnight.

I also appreciate that this book comes with a PDF copy to follow along with as well as a great reference to look back on frequently!
