I enjoyed all chapters except for the one about “walking with weight” (aka rucking). The interviewee made no sense and the whole chapter sounded like an advertisement for their upcoming app.

What I liked about the book is how the author was personally experienced in the subject matter of building, resilience through structured discomfort.. but he didn’t stop there. He brought in masters within their fields to contribute to the dialogue of self mastery, by way of embracing the uncomfortable for the purpose of building resilience. I highly recommend this book.

The fact that audible will not just let me give a star rating they want me to do it paragraph and a half while I’m driving down the road because I like the book and I want to give them stars and then I wanna move on. I don’t wanna write a book about the book, just remember something will happen today
