Great for Beginners
I knew basically nothing about commercial real estate before listening to this book. It covers several areas that you should be aware of when trying to do your first deal. I found the sections on due diligence especially helpful.

Jam packed with great information!
I’m surprised this is not a highly recognized book. It’s got great information for both the beginning and even experienced investors.
