Excellent for a beginners
As a wanna be commercial real estate investor this was a prefect intro. The stories of his real world experiences, good and bad. really emphasize the need for education and taking investments seriously. I would definitely recommend this.

Perfect for Anyone needing that little push to get started
This was just what I needed to do a sanity check on getting into commercial real estate investing. Brian is a great narrator and keeps your attention as he breaks down for the listener how to make what seems daunting accessible. Very practical information and you will leave with a plan.

Great introduction to a beginner investor
This was the first book I've read read on Commercial Real Estate. I enjoyed this book because the author gave real-world examples and really pushed that CRE was not a key to getting rich quick. One messaged he really emphasized was "DON'T QUIT YOUR DAY JOB". You should go into CRE with a clear head and a spirit of discernment.
I recommend this book to the DAY 1 investor who doesn't know anything about CRE and is looking to figure out what the ABC's are.
