Some very good points to keep in mind if you are in the cre industry. Lease negotiations, increasing value, cost segregation..would recommend listening to.

Concise but No Story Behind Education

The material was concise and straight forward. The book ended abruptly and I thought there could have been at last 3 hours more material to cover the topic.

Concise and valuable content

It provides many quick and interesting ideas on adding value to investment properties and many of the basic principals to running an investment property. I’ll definitely be referencing this for many years. Before reading the many 10-20 hour books, start with this!

Loved it!

This book is full of golden nuggets. Things that you can take away and immediately implement to improve every aspect of your commercial real estate investments. A serious wealth of knowledge, presented clearly and straight to the point.
We This book reminds you that no matter what stage you are at you could always do better and in the case of commercial real estate those improvements whether large or incremental will go straight to your bottom line and increase the property’s value and your cash flow.

Exactly what I was looking for

I think this is a very detailed and informative book and instructional guide. As an experienced investor I can appreciate the clarity of information. I will now go get his other book. If it is just a good, I will then probably take his course.

This is one of the very best books of its type keying on relevant and practical information without the fluff! I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a step by step explanation on how to enhance the value of their commercial investments!
