Don't worry, it will hurt!

Would you listen to Breakups: Stop Feeling Lonely, Depressed and Sad After a Breakup again? Why?

I think I would. It helps for more than just romantic relationships, as you may miss friends that aren't there for you any more as well.

What other book might you compare Breakups: Stop Feeling Lonely, Depressed and Sad After a Breakup to and why?

I would probably compare it to other books that are trying to show you that you have to work through your pain. I don't know any by name.

Which character – as performed by JC Anonymous – was your favorite?

I don't think there were any characters, this is strictly a non-fiction title.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, it is long enough to be informative and short enough that you can listen to in less than an hour.

Any additional comments?

This one is different because it is telling you that you will be hurting and how to deal with it. You don't have to hide your feelings or suppress them. This is the most refreshing thing about this title.

Great help for dealing with your emotions

Any additional comments?

A break up is never easy, even when we ourselves have finished a relationship saying goodbye can be tough. It's an emotional time, you may feel angry or upset. This book is a good length and is packed full of good advice. It will help you understand why you feel how you do, it'll help you to learn techniques to get over the breakup and let go of those negative feelings. You'll learn how to move onwards and upwards and there's also some very practical advice such as how to get a good night's sleep. A breakup can cause sleepless nights, and a lack of sleep can lead to depression and make everything seem worse. The book is written by someone who has been through a tricky breakup and felt the suffering, but they have come out the other side. If nothing else this book will give you hope that things will get better! I was gifted a copy of this book - all opinions are my own.
