Not an Investment Book
I gave this book an extra star because I found the part about naked Aussies pretty entertaining, but this is not an investing book. It would be more aptly named AirBnB: the Hardway; The AirBnB Host Lifestyle, or My AirBnB Side Hustle. There isn't any focus on investing or automating processes to scale. The audible version also sounds like a series of bullet statements. Still, the author does offer some good pointers on managing expectations, and if you are thinking of making a room in your house available you might find it worth the read.
