Clear and Detailed Explanation of BRRRR

As an aspiring RE investor, this book gave me a refreshingly clear and straightforward understanding of the BRRRR method. It gives enough detail about the important concepts and techniques to be successful, without bogging down into unnecessary minutiae. David writes in a concise and practical way that speaks directly to my objections and boosts my confidence. This filled in many details and answered many questions I had from only listening to the BP podcasts. Highly recommend if you’re serious about using BRRRR.

Great content; irritating narrator

This investing strategy is sound and undoubtedly effective. The author does a great job of breaking down the process from its grassroots. With that said, the narrator is unbelievably irritating which was a dampener on the audiobook

I’ve been listening to the podcasts and all that jazz, and this was a nice compliment. He has foresight to answer some little questions in between the big concepts that you don’t really realize you have until it comes up. Loved it!
