Thoughtful and specific Rich Dad series addition.

Perhaps what I wrote is the title to any Rich Dad series book. I appreciate all the information I received from this book. I felt like the information was valuable. the performance was fine bevause no complaints is a good thing. I felt that the examples were a bit trite. but maybe that's how all examples are I don't know. all in all a helpful find.

Good beginner's book

Good book if you are just starting out and don't know how to go about getting and running your first rental property.

Lots of information.

This book had a lot of info in few pages. I’ll be reading a second with a hard copy I purchased about half way through the audio book, so I can write notes in it.

ROI in real estate

Information in regard to tax write offs. For example; depreciation, 1031 exchange and so on.

Great books on the basics

I previously invested in rental properties but haven’t since 2009. I started investing again a few years ago but wanted a refresh on the basics. This is a great book for that.

Lives up to its phenomenal reputation.

It was a lot to learn but I think after a couple time of reading it I'll fully understand the whole thing.

Great book. A lot of good info, tips and facts. I would recommend reading this if you’re just starting out or a seasoned real estate investor.

Great addition to your library

If you're a Robert Kiyosaki fan then this book will not disappoint. I will say that the book does get a little difficult when covering the tax portion due to all the stats and numbers but still a ton of great information.
