I learned a lot from this book. I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in managing rental property.

True Guide to Rental

This is a true guide from purchase to renting. The book seems like they followed me around for the past year and recorded my actions to move from purchase to cash flowing monthly. This is a now guide to renting investment properties. loved the book!!

Required reading for young landlords

The performance wasn't as good as the later works but the information is literally gold. Be rich and be happy.

Great book for first time landlords

This book is a great resource for first time landlords or landlords looking to brush up on their skills. The major flaw of this book is some of the recommendations seem a bit outdated and don’t make the best use of technology but you can adjust them on your own with some of the new tools that are now available.

Great information

This has great information in it! Definitely a gem. However I wish it was professionally recorded even though he did a good job reading the text. The author has a lisp and it reminds me of my lisping tenant. Which may or may not be a big deal for you. I'll probably end up buying a physical book.

Another amazing and informative book by Turner.

These books are a must read for anyone wanting to get into real-estate investing. They give you an amazing overview of what it takes and how to do it.

Easy Listen with Great Advice

This book was an easy listen filled with great practical advice. I think a great precursor book would be "Landlording on AutoPilot".

there was so much you could information here was hard to retain it all. gradebook
