Energetic Repetition

This is NOT for sleeping, middle eastern, shamanic drum beats are very energetic. Anna Thompson is one of my favorite narrators. I wish it had more content and more related to the topic of the audio. I felt it was good but could have been better. Good for self esteem some on weight and health but not nearly enough. Will likely try this when I'm working out as the background music keeps a fast tempo. Thank you and good luck on your healthy journey.
