Finding Balance When Parenting ADHD Children
There are a few audiobooks on parenting children with ADHD out there, and let's face it, a decent percentage of them can be a bit frustrating. They are filled with a lot of knowledge on ADHD as it's not a new disorder, but they fall short on offering practical and actionable advice. Thats why I love this audiobook because it really breaks it all down and makes it simple for you. You can listen to other books that ramble on about theoretical ways you can gain deeper understanding for your child's needs, develop strong communication with them, build a solid emotional connection with them, and empower your child to embrace their ADHD strengths, or you can listen to this audiobook that quickly gives you examples of what works that you can implement that moment. The choice is yours, but I urge you to listen to this one and save yourself time and money!

A great support tool
I like the holistic approach of this book to understanding ADHD. Learning how to navigate social life is as important as crafting an ADHD friendly home. Parental emotional wellbeing and resilience is a crucial part of the process as well, so you have to learn a little about a lot, raising an ADHD child and this book will help.
Beautifully written and narrated, it will help you educate your family about ADHD, while navigating various support systems and help your child harness their strengths.
Very well-structured and packed with helpful information and tips.
A good, solid book.
