Best Real Estate Investor Play Book

Honestly, I loved this book! I don't write reviews very often but Alan Corey did an amazing job in putting the book together. This book is right up there with Rich Dad Poor Dad. I was surprised I hadn't heard of Alan before as I have read many real estate investor books. This is a great book for both the 1st time investor or the more seasoned investor. I am a real estate investor with 5 rental properties and this book really clarified my mindset in several areas. I will likely listen to the book again and that is rare. I usually only listen to a book once but this one has soooo many nuggets of information. His mindset is the opposite of main street which I am very attracted to. Thanks so much Alan for writing it during the pandemic.
