Great Book Perfect Timing
I just purchased my first investment property. I am so thankful that I read Profit First for Real Estate Investing. I now have a financial plan and direction before I even begin my new venture. The plan makes such good sense once it’s explained. I know it will prevent many mistakes along the way that I would have made. I am grateful for the perfect timing of this great book!

This Book Gave Me Peace about our Finances
This book absolutely blew my mind. It was exactly what I needed to hear. No longer living deal to deal, but taking the steps necessary to prioritize profit and truly achieve the goals that got us into Real Estate Investing in the first place. Highly recommend to any Real Estate Investor!!

Straight to the point
First off, I like that the author reads his own book. Secondly, this book is very short and straight to the point about the practical things that you can do to increase the financial health in your business while also sharing stories that emphasize the importance of using the message.
