Brilliant!
A must read for anyone looking to enhance their life experience. Loretta’s book gives the backbone and skeletal structure to the otherwise loosely understood concepts of movies like “The Secret” and “What The Bleep Do We Know”. Really worth reading
This book is very practical! When most of the neuroscience books give readers a lot of theory, this book not just explains the scientific aspects of our happy hormones, it also gives practical instructions how to make our life better & train our mammal brain. I do really recommend to read it!

Very informative! Must listen!
This is a must listen for anyone that wants to have control of their brain and happy chemicals. Helps you know why you feel the way you do, and ways to improve. Push through the robotic narration, it’s well worth it! Then buy the paperback and highlight the key points for reference.
